Missions 1-1 to 1-3 – Early Exploration & Collectibles
Mission 1-1 introduces the story with minimal combat. Ryuji’s lightning attacks easily handle the few Shadows you encounter.
In Mission 1-2, exploration begins in earnest. You’ll find:
- A Golden Volleyball near the dungeon door
- A chest at the top of the main staircase
- Another Volleyball left of the stairs
- A chest down the left staircase
- A boss in the tower, weak to Ice, guarding a chest
- Another chest after defeating Eligor, who is weak to Lightning
Mission 1-3 expands mechanics further. Morgana shines because many enemies are weak to Wind. You’ll need to:
- Find a Volleyball outside the castle, and another inside on a bookshelf
- Use Wonder’s Third Eye to follow glowing footprints for chain puzzles
- Defeat two Incubi weak to Bless and Gun attacks
- Locate a treasure room guarded by Shadows weak to Ice and Lightning, containing three chests
- Grab the final Volleyball near the staircase before leaving
Missions 1-4 to 1-6 – Kitchens, Fireplaces, and Prison Depths
Mission 1-4 takes you through collapsed staircases into castle kitchens. Watch for:
- A chest and Volleyball near the collapsed stairs
- Shelves to climb around obstacles
- A patrolling enemy near a chain that extinguishes a fireplace, revealing a hidden chest
- A Volleyball on the table near the chain
- A key dropped by a Shadow that unlocks further paths
- Final enemies weak to Ice
In Mission 1-5, the goal is rescuing Panther. Early on, look for:
- A Volleyball inside a cell on your right
- A boss fight with four Agathion weak to Wind
- Three clues Panther left behind, hidden in cells or behind barrels
- Breakable barrels revealing secret paths
- A final boss weak to Fire
Mission 1-6 focuses on searching for Joker. Look out for:
- A strong enemy weak to Ice guarding a chest
- Chains that lower bridges
- Treasure hidden in cells and behind cages across water
- The Hidden Room Key, used to unlock a secret room containing:
- Another Volleyball
- Enemies weak to Lightning and Fire guarding valuable chests
- A final enemy also weak to Lightning
Mission 1-7 – Suits of Armor and Gun Challenge
Mission 1-7 brings you back to the west wing, where suits of armor await their weapons and shields. Collectibles here include Volleyballs found:
- On a chair near a patrolling Shadow
- On a shelf in the armory
- On a table in the kitchen
- On a high shelf in a blocked-off room
Climb shelves in the kitchen to reach hidden chests and Volleyballs. Be aware that the Safe Room here allows healing but not swapping party members.
The mission ends with a boss fight against two Berith and two Succubi:
- Berith are weak to Ice
- Succubi are weak to Bless
Special Gun Challenge:
- Eliminate gun-immune enemies first
- Weaken the remaining two evenly
- Finish both with standard gun shots (not Persona gun skills or All-Out Attacks)

Missions 1-8 to 1-10 – Training Hall Secrets and Rooftop Puzzles
Mission 1-8 takes you to Kamoshida’s Training Hall of Love. Your route forward is blocked by a locked door, so head right instead. Don’t miss:
- A Volleyball near the stairs
- The Hidden Room Key in a chest
- A hidden room containing:
- Eligor (weak to Lightning)
- A Volleyball
- Three treasure chests
- Another Volleyball behind a locked gate
- Boxes to climb after crossing rafters
- Enemies weak to Gun attacks
Mission 1-9 is a fixed-party battle. Joker joins with Will of Rebellion, granting extra turns when exploiting weaknesses or landing critical hits.
Mission 1-10 moves the action to the castle rooftop, where sliding box puzzles await. Use Third Eye to spot glowing blocks. Look for:
- Patterns like an X shape in puzzle solutions
- A chest past a patrolling enemy beyond the first puzzle
- Enemies including:
- Eligor (weak to Lightning)
- Berith (weak to Ice)
Missions 1-11 to 1-12 – Chapel Puzzles and Block Secrets
In Mission 1-11, start by heading down the staircase rather than following the marker immediately. You’ll find:
- An enemy and chest at the bottom of the stairs
- Pull-chain puzzles and shifting bookshelves
- Hidden chests behind shelves revealed by pulling chains
- A balcony containing a Volleyball and a chest
- A baseball hidden behind the massive chapel statue
Mission 1-12 has you clearing the chapel’s ground floor. Keep in mind:
- Pew benches can be used for ambushes
- A Volleyball sits on one of the pews
- Block puzzles require pushing and pulling pieces into precise spots
- Third Eye highlights puzzle solutions
Expect encounters against:
- Berith (weak to Ice)
- Eligor (weak to Lightning)
- Pixies (weak to Ice or Gun attacks)
Missions 1-13 to 1-14 – The Final Stretch
Mission 1-13 tasks you with collecting books scattered around the library. Watch for:
- Books hidden on shelves or held by Shadows
- Green and yellow block puzzles solved with Third Eye
- Two Golden Volleyballs found on bookshelves
- A final boss, Torn King of Desire, who is weak to Lightning, Psi, and Bless but has high HP
Mission 1-14 serves as the finale. Right at the start, turn left to pick up a Volleyball downstairs. Baseballs you’ve collected disable swinging blade traps. Along the way, be sure to:
- Leap across gaps to grab a chest halfway through the trap corridor
- Slip through a narrow gap behind a chest to reach a grapple point and another chest
- Climb pillars near the final door to find a balcony with the last chest
- Defeat an enemy guarding the final Volleyball near the boss door
Raga Boss Fight – Final Battle Strategy
The event concludes with a fight against Raga in Mission 1-14. In Phase 1, he rotates between single-target and multi-target physical attacks. In Phase 2, he drinks from his treasure, gaining buffs and a shield, and regenerates health until you shatter his crown.
During this stage, watch for the text, “Raga is Preparing…” which signals his powerful Gold Medal Spike. Guard all party members to reduce its damage. Once the crown is destroyed, Raga reverts to simpler attacks and becomes much easier to finish.
