2. Defeat Solus Wing
Solus Wing drops the Encrypted Cerebellum every time, regardless of difficulty or artifacts. The drop is guaranteed, so you only need to clear the encounter once to obtain the item.
3. Enter Solus Wing’s Eye
After the fight, interact with the giant eye that appears. Doing so transports you to the Computational Exchange, a hidden realm containing Chef and a massive Solus construct.
