How the Grow a Garden Beanstalk Event Works

At the center of the lobby, players will find a baby beanstalk alongside Jack, the NPC in charge of the event. Jack will ask for a specific category of plants (such as Berry, Woody, Prickly, or Tropical plants), and this request changes every hour.

To grow the beanstalk:

  1. Hold the required crop in your hand.
  2. Interact with Jack and choose “Feed this to the beanstalk.”
  3. Alternatively, use “Feed all my plants to the beanstalk” to submit multiple crops at once.

The beanstalk needs 900 points to fully sprout, and contributions from all players in the lobby count toward this total. Only plants that belong to Jack’s requested category at that hour will contribute to the meter, so check his request before submitting crops.

Tip: There’s no cap on submissions, so you can keep feeding plants endlessly to push your leaderboard rank.

Grow a Garden Plant Rarity and Points System

Each crop’s rarity determines how many points it contributes:

  • Common: 1 Point
  • Uncommon: 2 Points
  • Rare: 3 Points
  • Legendary: 4 Points
  • Mythical: 5 Points
  • Divine: 6 Points
  • Prismatic: 7 Points
  • Transcendent: 8 Points

The leaderboard plays a key role—when the beanstalk reaches 900 points, the top contributor at that exact moment receives a special bonus reward.

Grow a Garden Beanstalk Growth Cycle

  • Once the growth meter reaches 900 points, the beanstalk sprouts into a massive climbable structure.
  • Players have 20 minutes to climb and collect rewards before it decays back into a sprout.
  • After the beanstalk decays, the cycle resets, and Jack will request new crops.
  • After contributing 6–7 times, players unlock a portal that teleports them directly to the top, saving the climb.

Leaderboards and Contribution Rewards

Players who contribute more crops earn better rewards and leaderboard recognition. As you climb the beanstalk, you’ll encounter five glowing orbs containing prizes. These appear as green balls that you must collect before the event timer ends.

Orb Rewards (with amounts & drop chances):

RewardAmountDrop Chance
Reclaimer310%
Sprout Seed Pack18%

Sprout Egg14%

Note: There are always five orb pickups per climb—don’t miss any before the beanstalk decays.

Climbing Tips

Climbing the beanstalk is essentially an obby challenge. Players must jump across leaves and vines to reach the top. If you struggle with leaf jumps, hug the center stalk and climb straight upward—then collect orbs on the way down. This makes the climb faster and safer.

Goliath’s Goods: The Beanstalk Shop

At the top of the beanstalk, you’ll meet Goliath, the giant NPC running a special shop. Here, you can spend Sheckles to buy exclusive seeds, crates, and pets.

The shop restocks every hour, and you can also manually restock it with Sheckles. The first restock costs 500,000 Sheckles, and the price increases by 200% each time (500k → 1.5m → 4.5m …). Use this wisely if you’re hunting rare items.
