The Life of a Pharmacist quest in ARC Raiders looks deceptively simple at first — you just need to document a few objects inside a pharmacy. But don’t be fooled: the area is crawling with hostile Arcs, and wandering around too long can quickly get you pinned down.
Quest Overview
- Quest Giver: Lance (Speranza)
- Location: Piazza Arbusto, Buried City
- Objective: Document the pharmacist’s family, skills, hobbies, and taste
- Reward: 1 Defibrillator, 1 Surge Shield Recharger, 3 Sterilized Bandages
You’ll unlock Life of a Pharmacist after completing Lance’s earlier quest “Espresso” for Apollo.
Step 1: Locate Arbusto Farmacia
Deploy into the Buried City and make your way toward Piazza Arbusto, a plaza near the collapsed highway.
You’ll recognize the pharmacy by its green “Farmacia” sign and medical cross outside. There are two such pharmacies in this area — make sure you enter the one near the eastern plaza.
At the entrance, you’ll see a locked wooden door. Use an explosive or breach charge to gain access. Once inside, ignore the lower floor and head directly up the stairwell on the left.
Step 2: Document the Pharmacist’s Life
When you reach the upper floor, you’ll need to document four key details that represent the pharmacist’s life. Interact with the following objects in this order for faster completion:
1. Family
At the top of the stairs, you’ll spot three framed portraits on the wall. Interact with them to document the pharmacist’s family.
2. Skills
From the family photos, turn right and look for a piano near the corner. Interact with it to document their musical skill — this counts toward “Skills.”
3. Hobbies
Move into the next room. On the left-side cabinet, you’ll see a pair of flower pots. These represent the pharmacist’s love for gardening — interact with them to complete the “Hobbies” entry.
4. Taste
Now, turn around within the same room and approach the table beneath the stairs leading to the third floor. Document it to record the pharmacist’s sense of taste and complete all objectives.
Once all four items are logged, your mission tracker will update — no extraction required.
Step 3: Return to Lance
You can now safely exit the Buried City (dead or alive) and head back to Lance in Speranza to finish the quest.
He’ll reward you with:
- 1 Defibrillator – Revives allies during critical encounters.
- 1 Surge Shield Recharger – Restores personal shield capacity.
- 3 Sterilized Bandages – Useful for field healing and wound management.
Tips for a Players
- Use a free loadout: Since there’s no need to extract, you can save premium gear.
- Stay alert: The Buried City is often a Raider–ARC conflict zone. Expect roaming patrols and occasional sniper fire near the plaza.
- Move fast: Each extra minute inside increases aggro chances from nearby Arcs.
