How to Unlock Ultimate Strength

- Reach at least MR 21. You’ll get to this point naturally by progressing through the main storyline.
- Speak with Quinn, the Vespae Unit handler, located at the Oilwell Basin, near your camp.
Quinn reports unusual activity in the region, specifically the decreasing sightings of Tempered Monsters. Agreeing to help her triggers the Ultimate Strength quest.
Ultimate Strength Quest Objectives
