How to Get a Pal Reverser
You have several options for obtaining Pal Reversers:
- Arena Merchant:
- Costs 35 Battle Tickets
- Earn Battle Tickets by defeating NPC Pal teams in Solo Challenges at the Arena.
- The Arena Merchant is located at coordinates (628, 15), just south of the Tower of the PIDF. It’s best to reach it with a flying or swimming mount. There’s also a fast-travel point nearby for convenience.
- Bounty Officers:
- Available at locations like Small Settlement, Fisherman’s Point, and Dune Shelter.
- Cost 7 Bounty Tokens each, which you earn by defeating Wanted Fugitive NPCs scattered around the world.
- Speak to Intel Dealers in settlements to find the locations of undiscovered Wanted Fugitives. These fugitives have large red health bars and purple auras, making them easy to identify. Once defeated, you can trade their tokens for a Pal Reverser when you return to camp.
- Loot and Exploration:
- Pal Reversers sometimes appear in treasure chests across biomes, including high-level zones like volcanic areas or snow camps.
- You can also find Pal Reversers in trash piles after fishing in higher-level zones. More dangerous biomes like volcanic or snow regions have an increased chance of dropping them. Rarer excavation sites have about a 9% chance to contain a Pal Reverser.
How to Change Your Pal’s Gender
Once you have both the Surgery Table and at least one Pal Reverser in your inventory, follow these steps:
- Add Your Pal to the Party
- The Pal must be in your active party—not working in your base or stored in your Palbox.
- Pals working in your base or stored in the Palbox cannot be modified at the Surgery Table. Only active Pals are eligible for surgery.
- Access the Surgery Table
- Interact with the table to open the surgery interface.
- Select Your Pal
- Pick the Pal you want to modify.
- Choose the Gender Swap Option
