How to Redeem Codes

Redeeming code in Pokémon TCG Pocket is slightly different than in other mobile games. You’ll need to visit the official Gift Code website, not the in-game menu.

   • Open the Pokémon TCG Pocket app.
   • Tap the three lines at the bottom of the main menu screen.
   • Your Support ID will appear in the top-right corner of the pop-up menu.
2. Go to the official gift redemption site on your browser.
3. Enter your Support ID and the gift code you want to use.
4. Press “Send” to complete redemption.
5. Restart your app and tap the gift icon in the top-right corner to claim your rewards.

Important Notes:

• Codes are case-sensitive.
• Letters such as O, I, Z, A, E, U are not used in Pokemon TCG Pocket codes to avoid confusion.
• Codes from physical Pokemon TCG booster packs (used for Pokemon TCG Live) do not work in TCG Pocket.
