Resident Evil Requiem hides valuable loot behind locked safes scattered across Rhodes Hill Care Center and the ARK facility. If you want Antique Coins, ammo, healing items, and the “No Safe Is Safe” achievement, you need every combination.
This guide lists all safe codes, exact locations, rewards, and Insanity mode changes in one place. Follow the directions carefully — the dial direction matters just as much as the numbers.
All Safe Locations in Resident Evil Requiem
There are five main safes:
- 2 in Rhodes Hill Care Center
- 1 in the Care Center Basement
- 2 in the ARK facility
(One Waiting Room safe exists but is already open.)
1. Bar & Lounge Safe (Care Center – 2F West Wing)
Location: Behind the bar counter on the second floor of the Care Center. You pass through this room during story progression.
Casual Difficulty Code:
Left 10 → Right 80 → Left 30
Insanity Difficulty Code:
Right 20 → Left 50 → Right 30
Rewards:
- 3x Antique Coins
You can open this safe even if you did not read the file containing the combination.
2. Examination Room Safe (Care Center – East Wing 1F)
Location: Inside the Examination Room in the East Wing. Look in the corner cabinet.
Casual Difficulty Code:
Right 30 → Left 10 → Right 50
Insanity Difficulty Code:
Left 50 → Right 30 → Left 90
Rewards:
- 3x Antique Coins
Together with the Bar & Lounge safe, you’ll have enough coins for early Parlor upgrades.
3. Basement Furnace Safe (Care Center Basement)
Location: After inserting the Joint Plug and entering the Furnace area, check the side office room.
You originally find the clue during Leon’s segment in a Warped Closet, but the code always works regardless.
Casual Difficulty Code:
Right 60 → Left 40 → Right 80
Insanity Difficulty Code:
Left 70 → Right 50 → Left 20
Rewards:
- Raccoon Roundup Map (marks Mr. Raccoon statues)
- 10x Handgun Ammo
Important: You cannot return to some Care Center areas later. Grab collectibles before progressing.
4. Sterilization Chamber Safe (ARK Facility)
Location: In the Sterilization Chamber during Grace’s ARK section. The safe sits near where you encounter the first Licker.
Casual Difficulty Code:
Right 10 → Left 90 → Right 20
Insanity Difficulty Code:
Left 80 → Right 50 → Left 0
Rewards:
- 1x Molotov Cocktail
- 15x Handgun Ammo
- 1x Med Injector
This loot makes surviving the Licker section much easier.
5. Monitor Control Room Safe (ARK Facility)
Location: Inside the Monitor Control Room in ARK, near the Lobby that requires two orbs.
The code file sits in a container in Bioweapon Repository 05.
Casual Difficulty Code:
Left 50 → Right 60 → Left 80
Insanity Difficulty Code:
Right 20 → Left 0 → Right 70
Rewards:
- 1x Med Injector
- 1x Acid Bottle
- 1x Empty Bottle

How to Enter Safe Codes in Resident Evil Requiem
- Rotate the dial in the exact direction listed.
- If the dial resets, you entered a number or direction incorrectly.
- You do not need to read the clue files to open safes.
- All safe combinations change on Insanity difficulty.
- There is no chapter select, so keep manual saves if needed.
