How to Get Sovereign Sigils in Elden Ring Nightreign and Unlock Collector Signboard Rewards

In Elden Ring: Nightreign, players can now earn a new type of currency called Sovereign Sigils. These powerful tokens are tied to some of the hardest boss fights in the game and can be used to unlock rare items and features at a new vendor in Roundtable Hold.

Here’s how to get Sovereign Sigils, what they’re used for, and why they’re worth the effort.

What Are Sovereign Sigils?

Sovereign Sigils are a new high-tier currency introduced in the Nightreign update. Unlike Murk, which you earn through normal missions, Sovereign Sigils only come from beating Everdark Sovereign bosses—super tough versions of existing Nightlords with extra phases and stronger attacks.

Once you earn them, you can spend them at a new vendor called the Collector Signboard to unlock special relics, cosmetic skins, powerful gear, and even world changes.

How To Get Sovereign Sigils

To earn Sovereign Sigils, you need to complete Everdark Sovereign Expeditions. These are weekly boss fights where old Nightlords return stronger than ever.

How To Unlock:

You first have to beat the regular version of a Nightlord before you can fight their Everdark form. For example, defeating Gaping Jaw (Adel, Baron of the Night) in a standard expedition unlocks his tougher Everdark version. Once that’s done, the Collector Signboard becomes available.

Weekly Rotation & Rewards:

  • Everdark bosses change every Wednesday at 6 PM EDT.
  • First-time defeat gives you 25 Sovereign Sigils.
  • After that, each win gives 5 Sigils.
  • Bosses rotate out weekly. Some include Sentient Pest, Darkdrift Knight, and Gnoster.

Pro Tip: Adel is weak to poison. If you inflict it during the fight, he vomits and gives you a quick chance to deal big damage.

These bosses are no joke. Be at least Level 15 and bring Rare or Legendary gear before trying.

Where To Spend Sovereign Sigils

After beating your first Everdark Sovereign, a new vendor appears: the Collector Signboard.

How To Find It:

  • Fast travel to the Shore in Roundtable Hold.
  • Turn right and follow the outer wall.
  • Look for a wooden signboard near a closed door.
  • Once found, you can teleport to it anytime from the map.

When you interact with it, you’ll see these options:

  • View Catalog – Buy relics, vessels, skins, and more.
  • Give Witch’s Brooch – If you have this item, trade it for a rare Guardian relic. (Costs 3 Sigils)
  • Conjure a Shift in the Earth – Choose what special world event shows up in your next few runs.
  • Alter the Site of Grace – Bring back the old lighting of Roundtable Hold for 1 Sigil. You can toggle it anytime after.

What You Can Buy with Sovereign Sigils

The Collector Signboard has tons of cool rewards. Here’s what you can spend your Sigils on.

Relics (3–12 Sigils)

Relics give your character strong passive boosts. Some top picks include:

  • Dark Night of the Baron (12 Sigils): Boosts critical hits and gives runes when you land crits.
  • Grand Burning Scene: Reflects damage and boosts your Endurance.
  • Grand Luminous Scene: Makes Ultimates last longer and strengthens heavy attacks.
  • Grand Tranquil Scene: Helps with stealth after backstabs and reduces cooldowns.

Some relics even boost certain gear or elemental builds.

Vessels (Urns) – 4 Sigils

Vessels expand your relic slots and change your elemental setup. Each one is color-coded to match different builds.

  • Soot-Covered Raider’s Urn – Gives Blue / Blue / Green slots.
  • Sealed Ironeye’s Urn – Gives Green / Green / Yellow slots.

These help you fine-tune your loadout.

Skins (Garbs) – 5 to 20 Sigils

Buy skins to customize your look:

  • Basic skins (like Abysswalker or Catarina): 5 Sigils
  • Dawn-tier: 10 Sigils
  • Darkness-tier: 20 Sigils

Note: These are older skins from past Remembrance quests. No brand-new skins are added yet.

Special Items & Services

  • Large Scenic Flatstone (5 Sigils): Random high-quality relic – it’s a gamble, but can pay off.
  • Change Roundtable Hold’s Look: A visual change only—just for vibes.
  • Activate Shifting Earth Events: Lets you force certain trophy-related events.
  • Give Witch’s Brooch: Unlocks a Guardian relic if you have the item. Costs 3 Sigils.

Sovereign Sigils are hard to earn, but the rewards are worth it. Between powerful relics, build-expanding vessels, and collectible cosmetics, they offer everything a Nightfarer needs to reach endgame power.

Watch the weekly rotation, gear up right, and dive into the fight when you’re ready. If you can take down an Everdark Sovereign, you’ve already proven you’re ready for the best gear in Nightreign.
