Capcom has officially revealed a new crossover for Street Fighter 6, teaming up with the popular K-pop group aespa. This collaboration brings fresh content, new visuals, and some exciting surprises for fans. But there’s one important detail players shouldn’t overlook.

A New Look for Juri
The highlight of this collab is a brand-new outfit for Juri Han called “Outfit 4 feat. aespa.” This is the first time Street Fighter 6 is introducing a special collab costume for one of its main roster characters instead of just avatar customization items.
The costume mixes aespa’s modern, high-fashion style with Juri’s bold personality. Players will have access to 10 different color variations, giving plenty of ways to show off their favorite look. Wearing this new costume also unlocks a K-pop remix of Juri’s theme song and special aespa-themed effects that appear before fights start.
The outfit goes on sale starting July 4, 2025, and will stay in the shop until July 3, 2026. It costs 350 Fighter Coins (FC) and will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC via Steam. Capcom has noted that the outfit could be sold again later, even after the first sales period ends.

The Catch: Time-Limited Content
While Juri’s new outfit sticks around for a whole year, other parts of the aespa event will be much shorter. Some special items will only be available from July 4 to August 4, 2025. These include:
- Photo frames
- Device wallpapers and backgrounds
- Player titles
- Aespa-themed decorations in the Battle Hub
Players can claim these extras by visiting the “aespa x Street Fighter 6 Collaboration News” page inside the game during the event period.
After August 4, these special items and the Battle Hub makeover will disappear. So players who want the full aespa experience should make sure to log in and grab them while they’re available.
Naevis Joins the Commentary Team
The collab also brings in Naevis, a virtual character from aespa’s storyline. Naevis, who debuted on September 10, 2024, is an Artificial Emotional Intelligence (AEI) created in the digital world of KWANGYA and has made appearances at aespa concerts and other events.
Starting July 4, she’ll be available as a live commentator in Street Fighter 6, reacting to the action during fights. Players can choose to hear her in Korean, Japanese, or English. Her unique style and digital persona are designed to bring extra energy and fun to matches.
How to Get the New Content
Players can buy Juri’s aespa outfit directly from the in-game shop using Fighter Coins. Capcom will share more details closer to launch about how to unlock other aespa items, but they’ll either be available in the shop or as login rewards during the event.
Some fans were hoping the aespa outfit would be free, especially after criticism over the cost of other collabs like the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles skins. However, it’s confirmed that Juri’s aespa outfit will be a paid item.
Capcom’s Big-Name Tie-Ins
This aespa event is more than just a new costume. It might mark a bigger shift for Capcom, showing that the company wants to do more significant crossovers. While past collabs often focused on smaller items for avatars, this one delivers new content for a main character and adds unique features like a new commentator.

Capcom seems ready to explore bigger partnerships that could bring costumes and content inspired by other popular franchises. These kinds of crossovers can help attract new players, especially fans of music or pop culture who might not have tried fighting games before.
More Surprises Await in Street Fighter 6
This collab comes at a busy time for Street Fighter 6. On August 5, 2025, Sagat joins the roster as part of the game’s Year Three DLC lineup. New summer-themed swimsuits are also coming for several characters, including Cammy, Chun-Li, Luke, Manon, Jamie, Kimberly, and A.K.I..
Looking further ahead, other DLC fighters are planned. C. Viper is coming after Sagat, with Alex and Ingrid confirmed for 2026. Even players who don’t buy the DLC packs will still see these characters appear in World Tour mode, keeping them part of the experience for everyone.

The Street Fighter 6 x aespa collab blends music, style, and gaming in a unique way. Fans of aespa will love seeing the group’s influence in the game, while Street Fighter players get new ways to customize and enjoy matches. Just remember, some parts of this event are only available for a short time, so it’s worth logging in early.
Capcom’s decision to work with aespa shows the company is open to creative collaborations that might bring even more surprises in the future. Whether you’re a fighting game veteran or a K-pop fan, this event is one to watch.
