KRAFTON announces BGIS 2023, Second edition of India's biggest Battle Royale Esports tournament with ₹2 Crore prize

KRAFTON, Inc. announces BGIS 2023, the second edition of India's biggest Battle Royale Esports tournament.

BGIS 2023 has a massive total prize pool of ₹2 Crore, making it the largest Esports tournament in India

It is open to all participants who play Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) and will kick off in September 2023, with the Offline Grand Finals in October 2023.

This year, the tournament KRAFTON BGIS 2023 made in two (2) phases: Online qualifiers and Offline Grand Finals.

"The Grind" started on July 20th with 256 invited teams competing to secure spots in the main event.

Registrations will took place from July 24th to August 2nd, followed by verifications from August 3rd to August 9th.

In-game qualifiers were held from August 10th to August 17th, with the top 2048 teams qualifying for Round 1

The Group Stage (Round 1 - Round 6) will take place from August 31st to October 7th, leading to the Grand Finals from October 12th to 14th.
