Realme V50s and V50: Budget 5G Smartphones with MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ Processor and 90Hz Display

Realme is gearing up to launch two new budget smartphones in China, the Realme V50s and V50. The Duo spotted on China Telecom's website, revealing their specifications and design.

Both the Realme V50s and Realme V50 feature a 6.72-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.

The Duo phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chipset, which is a 5G-enabled processor with up to 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage.

The Duo phones sport a dual rear camera setup with a 13MP main sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, 8MP camera.

Other listed specs include a 5000mAh battery, side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and Android 13 OS with Realme UI 4.0 on top.

The only difference between the two models seems to be the model number: RMX3783 for the Realme V50 and RMX3781 for the Realme V50s.

The Realme V50 and V50s are expected to launch soon in China for a price of CNY1,199 ($169) for the base 4/128 GB variant and CNY1,799 ($250) for the top 8/256 GB version.

The Realme V50s and V50 are likely to compete with other budget 5G smartphones in the market, such as the Redmi Note 10 5G, the Poco M3 Pro 5G, and the Samsung Galaxy A22 5G.
