Xiaomi is set to launch the Redmi K70 series in China tomorrow (29 Nov), with a special focus on the Redmi K70 Pro model.

The Redmi K70 Pro boasts a cutting-edge display that is developed in collaboration with TCL Huaxing, a leading Chinese OLED screen manufacturer.

The display has a high resolution of 2K, and uses a new C8 luminescent material that makes it more power-efficient.

The display has a peak brightness of 4000 nits, and also supports high-frequency dimming technology that reduces flickering and eye strain, and has triple TUV Rheinland eye protection certification.

The display also has a fast touch response rate of 2160Hz, and has 12-bit color and up to 68.7 billion, making the images more vivid and realistic.

Build and Design:

The Redmi K70 Pro features a sleek and premium design, with a metal frame and a glass back.

The Redmi K70 Pro series to have 1/1.55" Light Fusion 800 sensor with the K70 Pro, but the Redmi K70 lacks the 2X telephoto camera present in its Pro counterpart.

The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, and up to 16GB of RAM; and runs on Android 14 with HyperOS.
