What Happens During the Bird City Event
During Bird City, birds gather in large numbers across Buried City rooftops. Their nests appear inside chimneys on abandoned houses, creating new loot points above street level. You can climb buildings, search chimneys, and collect items directly from these nests.
Only about one in three chimneys spawns a nest, so efficient rooftop movement matters. If you spawn late, you’ll often find most nests already looted, making early deployment the best strategy.
New Rubber Duck Trinkets Introduced in Headwinds Update
The Headwinds update expands the Rubber Duck collectible lineup with six new variants, bringing the total to seven. These ducks only spawn during the Bird City event and do not appear in standard loot pools.
