How to Unlock Celestial Seize
You can obtain Celestial Seize by completing the short Foul Play exploration quest in Heaven’s Pier. The quest appears simple, but it’s actually the gateway to learning this powerful Mystic Skill.
Step 1: Go to Heaven’s Pier in Qinghe
While wandering through the area, you’ll encounter Hu Wei, a man challenging travelers to drinking competitions. He appears confident and unbeatable, but something feels off.
Step 2: Speak with Qiu Yuehai
Nearby, you’ll find Qiu Yuehai, who reveals that Hu Wei is cheating by using a vial of Nullifying Pills. Instead of confronting Hu Wei directly, Qiu Yuehai chooses a more elegant solution: he teaches you how to perform Celestial Seize.
Step 3: Use Celestial Seize to Take the Pill Vial
For the quest, Celestial Seize is automatically placed in your first Mystic Skill slot. Use it to pull the Nullifying Pill vial from a distance:
- Aim at the vial.
- Wait for the retrieve prompt.
- Use Celestial Seize to snatch it.
Step 4: Challenge Hu Wei
Once the vial is gone, confront Hu Wei again. This time, he can’t cheat, and the drinking contest goes in your favor. After he’s exposed, the quest ends and Celestial Seize becomes a permanent part of your toolkit.
