OnePlus Ace 3 (12R) coming on January 4: Specs and features

OnePlus has officially confirmed the launch of its highly anticipated OnePlus Ace 3 in China on January 4th at 2:30 PM local time. It is speculated that this phone will be released as OnePlus 12 in the international market. The company has already teased the global launch of OnePlus 12 and OnePlus 12R on January 23rd.

It is said to come with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, which is a significant upgrade from its predecessor, the Ace 2, which featured the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. According to Louis Jie, OnePlus China’s head, the phone will offer a blend of flagship features, including a high-quality screen, ultra-long battery life, and a strong signal, regardless of price ranges.

Teasers showcase the OnePlus Ace 3 in gray, blue, and gold variants. OnePlus confirmed that it will come with a 1.5K “X1 (Oriental) Screen” for the first time, marking a significant display technology upgrade for the device.
