How to Get and Use the Parasol in PEAK – Location, Uses & Tips

The Mesa update for PEAK introduces a range of new items to help players survive its challenging biomes. Among these is the Parasol, a versatile tool that not only shields you from the Mesa’s scorching sun but also doubles as a glider to prevent fall damage. Here’s everything you need to know about finding and using it effectively.

Where to Find the Parasol in PEAK

The Parasol appears as a bright, colorful umbrella and can be found inside luggage bags scattered throughout the game. While it’s technically possible to obtain one in any biome, your best chances are:

• Before entering Mesa – After completing the climb through the Tropics region, check the luggage near the bonfire on the hill. White luggage here has a high chance of containing a Parasol.
• Within the Mesa biome – You’re most likely to encounter Parasols here; they are regular (non-magical) items, not rare like Pandora’s Lunchbox, and can spawn in any luggage type.

Expect some luck to be involved—sometimes you’ll find one quickly, other times it may take opening many bags. Once obtained, equip it in one of your three available item slots so it’s ready when needed.
