Because the fountain pulls from more than 30 unique stories, gathering accurate answers early is incredibly valuable. Using the confirmed Wave 1 community chart—based on real wins—you can follow the options below for the best shot at earning the new Halo.
How the Glitterfrost Halo Fountain Works
Every time you interact with the Crystal Fountain at the Castle Entrance, you receive a random story. Each story offers four choices (A–D), but only one or two choices per story have a chance of rolling the Halo.
Picking the correct option does not guarantee a win—the game still rolls RNG afterward. But selecting the right answer is the only way to enter the Halo-eligible pool.

You can try for the Halo by visiting Crystal Fountain → Make a Wish:
- Spawn or teleport to Castle Entrance.
- Interact with the Crystal Fountain.
- Start your story and check the author’s name.
- Choose the matching Halo-eligible option from the tables above.
- Wait 2 hours before you can make your next wish.
This cooldown is visible in the planning diary or by re-interacting with the fountain.
Can You Increase Your Halo Chances?
While the exact drop rate is never published, Halos historically sit at under 1%. The only way to improve your odds is:
- Always choose the correct option from the chart.
- Make a wish every two hours without skipping.
- Track new community updates when Wave 2/3 charts drop.
