Redmi K70 Series Breaks Sales Record, Hits 1 Million Sales; Prepares for Lamborghini Edition Launching on Dec 21

In a remarkable achievement, Redmi, a sub-brand of Xiaomi, announced a major sales milestone for its recently launched K70 series in China. Just a month after its introduction, the company revealed that it has successfully sold 1 million units of the K70 lineup within the first two weeks, shattering previous records for the K series.

The K70 series, which includes the Redmi K70, K70 Pro, and K70e, garnered immense popularity among users. The Redmi K70, priced at CNY2,499 ($349 | ₹29740), and the K70 Pro, starting from CNY3,299 ($469 | ₹39,260), offered attractive prices for smartphones equipped with new 50 MP cameras and flagship-tier chipsets.

The third addition to the lineup, the Redmi K70e, featuring a 120Hz OLED display, Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset, up to 90W charging, and the same triple-camera design, proved to be a budget-friendly option at only CNY1,999 ($280 | ₹23789).

Redmi enthusiasts can look forward to the release of a special edition, the Redmi K70 Pro Automobili Lamborghini Squadra Corse, scheduled for December 21. This limited-edition model shares specifications with the K70 Pro, boasting a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, 24 GB RAM, and 1 TB storage.
