Samsung is gearing up to redefine market with its upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 6 5G and the innovative Galaxy Ring. Recent FCC database listings have provided a sneak peek into these much-anticipated devices.

Galaxy Z Flip 6 5G

Samsung’s latest clamshell smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 5G, appears in the FCC database under the model number SM-F741U. The phone features dual-cell batteries, model numbers EB-BF741ABY and EB-BF742ABY, with capacities of 1,097mAh and 2,790mAh, respectively. Combined, these batteries offer a rated capacity of 3,887mAh, which will likely be marketed as 4,000mAh.

This marks a notable increase from the Galaxy Z Flip 5, which had a total capacity of 3,591mAh. The additional 296mAh translates to an 8.3% boost, offering more screen-on time and better overall battery life.

The Galaxy Z Flip 6 5G will support Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, 5GHz, Wi-Fi 6E, NFC, and Bluetooth. Additionally, it comes with 25W fast charging, as confirmed by the UL Demko certification. Under the hood, the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3, paired with up to 8GB of RAM, ensuring top-tier performance and efficiency.

The camera setup also receives an upgrade. The primary sensor features a 12.5MP resolution with pixel-binning technology, effectively making it a 50MP camera with an f/1.8 aperture. This upgrade promises better low-light performance and sharper photos, catering to photography enthusiasts.
