How to Get Magik Will of Galacta Skin in Marvel Rivals (Twitch Drops 2025)

Magik takes center stage in Marvel Rivals’ latest Twitch Drops event. As part of the ongoing Season 2.5 update, players can grab the Will of Galacta skin and a full set of themed cosmetics—all for free. If you’re a fan of Magik or just like collecting new looks, this is a great time to jump in.

The event runs for a few weeks, so there’s plenty of time to unlock everything by simply watching eligible Twitch streams. Here’s how it all works.

Event Schedule and How Long It Lasts

The IGNITE 2025 Twitch Drops campaign runs from:

  • Start: June 19, 2025 – 5:00 AM PT / 8:00 AM ET
  • End: July 16, 2025 – 2:00 AM PT / 5:00 AM ET

You’ll need to watch streams with the “Drops Enabled” tag on Twitch. Not every Marvel Rivals stream counts, so double-check for the tag before you start watching.

These streams will often include a [DROPS] tag in the title to help you spot them easily.

What Rewards You Can Get

You can unlock a total of four Magik-themed items by watching Twitch. Each reward is tied to a specific watch time, and they unlock one by one. Here’s what you’ll earn and how long you need to watch:

RewardWatch Time Needed
Magik “Will of Galacta” Spray1 hour
Magik “Will of Galacta” Nameplate2 hours
“Echoes of Limbo” Emote4 hours
“Will of Galacta” Skin6 hours

Note: Some players reported needing 8 hours for the skin, but the official event lists 6 hours as the requirement.

Bonus Drop: Alongside this event, Marvel Rivals also released two new premium skins—Iron Fist’s “Binary Fist” and Moon Knight’s “Phoenix Knight.”

How to Link Your Accounts

Before you start watching, you’ll need to connect your Marvel Rivals and Twitch accounts. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Visit the Marvel Rivals official site and log in using your game platform (Steam, PS5, etc.).
  2. Click your profile icon and head to Connections.
  3. Select Twitch and follow the steps to link your account.

Once that’s done, you’re good to go. Watch Twitch Streams with Drops enabled and start earning rewards.

Important Tips While Watching

  • Only one stream counts at a time. If you have multiple open, Twitch will only track the first one you started.
  • Make sure you claim each reward in your Twitch Drops Inventory once the timer completes. You won’t earn progress toward the next item until you claim the previous one.
  • After claiming on Twitch, log into Marvel Rivals and check your in-game mail. The items will be sent there and will stay for 30 days, so don’t forget to pick them up.

What About Emma Frost’s Drop?

If you’re looking to grab even more free cosmetics, the Emma Frost Will of Galacta Twitch Drop event is running at the same time—from May 30 to June 27, 2025. It follows a 4-hour watch structure and includes:

  • Spray (30 mins)
  • Nameplate (1 hour)
  • Emote (2 hours)
  • Costume (4 hours total)

Unlike the Magik rewards, Emma Frost’s entire set can be earned within 4 hours of total watch time.

Good news: Between June 19 and June 27, both the Emma Frost and Magik drops will be active. That means you can unlock rewards for both by watching eligible streams.

Final Thoughts

If you enjoy Marvel Rivals or just want a flashy new look for Magik, the Will of Galacta Twitch Drops are an easy win. Just connect your accounts, tune into Twitch for a few hours, and claim your rewards before they expire.

This event gives players a free way to build up their cosmetic collection—and since it runs for nearly a month, there’s no rush. Just don’t forget to claim everything from your Twitch and in-game inbox before time runs out.
