Farming The Chihiro Boss
Every material on that list, aside from money and rank, comes from the Chihiro Boss. It spawns naturally in Ruin City, or you can summon it manually with 10 Boss Tickets and $10,000 if you don’t want to wait.
The boss carries 5,760,300 HP and hits harder than most other fights in the game, so bring gear built for a long encounter. It’s also weak to the light element, and switching to a light weapon like Flashy Flash cuts the fight down noticeably compared to a neutral weapon.

Getting Chihiro does not finish the weapon’s kit on its own.
