Bring the finished Echoing Flute back to the Deserted Islet and speak to the Ancient Civilization Researcher again.

This is a Level 70 encounter, and its main weak point is the crystal on its head. Watch for its tidal wave attacks and body slam during the fight, since both hit hard if the player gets caught in range. Once its health bar is fully drained, throw any Pal Sphere to capture it. The capture is guaranteed at that point, so there is no need to save a rare sphere for it.
