- They Leave Gifts: When you dismiss or fuse a fully loyal demon, they might leave behind a note or a useful item.
How to Raise Loyalty
There are a few easy ways to boost your demons’ loyalty:
1. Win Battles
The main way to raise loyalty is by using the demon in battle. Every time a fight ends and the demon is still out, it earns loyalty. Even if the demon didn’t do much, it still counts. This means you can swap them in near the end of a fight just to get a boost.
2. Use Sake Items
You’ll find different kinds of sake during your journey. Giving the right sake to a demon can instantly raise their loyalty. However, using sake doesn’t help raise your Summoner Rank, so save it for later when you want to quickly prepare a demon for fusion.
3. Walk with Them in the Overworld
Demons that follow you around while exploring also get a small loyalty boost. It’s slower than fighting, but still useful—especially if the demon has a helpful skill like Search.
4. Answer Their Questions Well
Sometimes demons will ask questions during recruitment. If you pick answers that match their personality, they’ll start with a little loyalty right away. It’s a small boost but can speed things up.
Tips for Loyalty Farming
If you want to raise loyalty fast, try these tips:
- Use New Demons Early: Put new demons in your team while enemies are still weak. They’ll max out loyalty faster this way.
- Swap During Battle: Bring in a demon near the end of a fight so it shows up in the result screen and gets loyalty.
- Save Sake for Later: Use sake when you’re preparing for fusion, not when you’re just starting out.
- Don’t Fuse Too Soon: If a demon hasn’t reached full loyalty, you might miss out on useful passive skills.
- Save Them in the Compendium: Once a demon hits full loyalty, save it so you can bring it back later with all its perks.
- Repeat for Rank: Some players recruit, max, and fuse the same demon repeatedly to grind rank points. It works best with common demons.
