When and How Diancie Becomes Available

Once the cutscene begins, follow Mimi’s lead across Lumiose City:
- Step 1: Leave the Bureau and meet Emma southwest of Wild Zone 3, near Café Pokémon-Amie and Lysandre Café.
- Step 2: Proceed to Quasartico Inc. in the Magenta Sector and talk to Emma again.
- Step 3: Move toward the Magenta Pokémon Center and locate the nearby Holovator (elevator). Use it to reach the rooftops.
