NBA 2K26 Season 3 begins Friday, November 28, rolling out simultaneously across all platforms. Once the update goes live, a small in-game download will unlock the new season and its rewards.

What to Expect in Season 3

Season 3 is now fully outlined in the latest update, and 2K has confirmed several additions that go beyond the early preview. The season introduces 80+ free rewards, new MyCAREER and MyTEAM content, and broad polish across arenas, gameplay, likeness upgrades, matchmaking, and UI elements.
The update also includes arena upgrades, uniform fixes, likeness updates, gameplay adjustments, and numerous bug fixes across The City, MyTEAM, MyNBA, and PC—further preparing the game for the start of the season.
