Sailor Piece Blood Flower Quest Guide: All Blood Flower Locations

The Blood Flower Quest is the key questline introduced in the Ghoul Update on May 18, 2026. Completing it unlocks Isolation Island, the only place where you can purchase the Black Reaper melee style. The quest sends you across all six Sea 2 islands to collect hidden Blood Flowers, and none of them sit in obvious spots.

This guide covers how to start the quest and the exact location of every Blood Flower so you can clear it without wandering blind.

How to Start the Sailor Piece Blood Flower Quest

You must have Sea 2 unlocked before you can begin. Once you have access, travel to the Starter Island of Sea 2. From your spawn location, head through the portal and move toward the far end of the map. At the mountain cliff near the tall peak on the right side, you will find the Blood Flower quest-giver NPC. Interact with the NPC to accept the quest and begin tracking all six flowers.

All Blood Flower Locations in Sailor Piece

There are six Blood Flowers spread across the Sea 2 islands. Each one sits off the main path, so knowing the exact spot saves a lot of backtracking.

Blood Flower 1: Starter Island (Sea 2)

From the spawn crystal, take the left path. Head into the mountains on that side and climb to the elevated ledge near the top. The flower sits on a raised patch of ground between the peaks, easy to miss if you stay at ground level.

Blood Flower 2: Bizarre Island

Travel to Bizarre Island and move toward the boss arena area. Find the boss summoner standing near the colosseum, then climb the slope directly behind him. The Blood Flower is tucked between two tall mountains in the narrow space behind that position.

Blood Flower 3: Punch Island

On Punch Island, head to the left side of the island where the quest NPC stands. Climb the opposite ridge and go behind the building nearby. The flower is on the floor right behind it. This is the same spot where you find the Archangel halo during the Archangel Race questline.

Blood Flower 4: Blue Planet

Go to Blue Planet island and locate the Spirit Warrior quest NPC. Move behind the boss area and check the right side. There is an elevated pocket set inside a mountain cavity. The Blood Flower sits on that ledge.

Blood Flower 5: World Island

On World Island, find the Spec Passive NPC and go directly behind the large tree near him. The flower is in a small patch of ground adjacent to the shoreline. It blends into the scenery, so check close to the water’s edge.

Blood Flower 6: Slayer Island

Head toward the Sun God boss spawn area on Slayer Island. From there, move to the right of the house and pass through the crack between the two mountains. The final Blood Flower is behind a tree next to the rock face. Collecting this one completes the quest and unlocks Isolation Island.
