Selection Procedure and Scheme of Examination West Bengal WB SET 2019

West Bengal WB Set 2019

Scheme of Examination for WB-SET2019 will be in two phases, i.e., Phase I: Paper 1 and Phase II: Paper 2, both the papers will consist of only objective type Questions Multiple Choices. Examination for WB-SET 2019 will be held on 19th January 2020 (SUNDAY) in two separate sessions

First Session: 09:30 A.M. to 10:30 A.M

Second Session: 11:00 A.M. to 01:00 P.M

Paper-I: It will be of 50 objective type questions, each carrying 2 marks. Questions will be intended to test teaching, research aptitude of the candidate.

Questions will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking, and general awareness

Paper-II: It will be of 100 objective type questions, each carrying 2 marks which will be based on the relevant subject selected by the candidate

Selection and Results of Examination WB SET 2019

Top 6% Candidates who appear in both two papers and secures minimum aggregate marks will be declared as qualified for Eligibility WB SET for Assistant Professor
Note: Minimum aggregate marks: 40% (General Category) and 35% (SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PWD and Transgender)

Admit Download

Admit card WBSET2019 will be uploaded on the official website www.wbcsconline.in in the 1st week of Dec 2019. Candidates can download their Admit Cards from the website to ascertain their Exam test venue
Note: No Admit Cards will be sent by post to the candidates
