Quest Overview
After completing Celeste’s “A Balanced Harvest”, you’ll receive the Espresso quest from Apollo in Speranza. Apollo asks you to retrieve an espresso machine to salvage its parts — proof that humanity’s small comforts still matter, even under the threat of mechanical extinction.

- Find an espresso machine to salvage for spare parts.
- Return the espresso machine parts to Apollo.
Where to Find the Espresso Machine
Your destination is the Buried City, specifically the Plaza Rosa area on the southern part of the map, near the Southern Station and the Red Tower landmarks. The location is easy to identify once you spot the red building with a weathered “Cafe” sign hanging above the door.
Navigating to the Cafe
Approach Plaza Rosa carefully. The area is teeming with Leapers, Hornets, and sometimes hostile raiders. If possible, equip:
- A Looting Mk. 2 augment for extra safe pockets (to store quest items).
- A shield and reliable Ferro rifle for defense.
- Adrenaline Shots or medical kits, as combat is likely unavoidable.
Once at the plaza, head up the staircase that leads to the red building. Enter the cafe, check the counter inside, and you’ll find the espresso machine waiting. Interact with it to collect the machine parts and add them to your inventory.
Extraction: Getting Out Alive
