- Locate the Ancient Statue: The statue is half-buried in snow and rock, holding the Strange Gem in its hands.
- Interact with the statue: Approach and left-click (or press your interact key) to pick up the gem. Its glow makes it easy to identify from a distance.
Once collected, the gem appears in your inventory as a 2.5 weight item — purely cosmetic for now.
How to Activate the Strange Gem
After the ROOTS update, the Strange Gem gained an interactive feature. When held, pressing Left Mouse Button toggles its state:
- “Gem Activated” appears in the top-left corner of the screen.
- Clicking again changes it to “Gem Deactivated.”
