Bloodlines are one of the most impactful progression systems added to Sailor Piece with the Sea 2 update. Each Bloodline grants your character a permanent set of passive stat multipliers covering damage, HP, luck, lifesteal, and more. Since you can only hold one active Bloodline at a time, picking the right one makes a real difference in how well you perform in Sea 2 content.

This guide covers every Bloodline currently in the game, their full stats, the best methods to farm Bloodline Stones, and a tier list to help you decide which Bloodline is worth keeping.
What Are Bloodlines in Sailor Piece?
Bloodlines are permanent passive buffs tied to your character. You activate them by using an item called a Bloodline Stone from your inventory. Using a stone randomly assigns you one of the available Bloodlines. If you already have an active Bloodline, using another stone replaces it with a new random one.
This system is locked behind Sea 2 progression. You must reach at least Level 12,500 and achieve Ascension V before you can access Sea 2 and start working with Bloodlines.
Because the results are random, most players need to use dozens of Bloodline Stones before landing a top-tier roll. That makes knowing how to farm them efficiently just as important as knowing which Bloodlines to target.
All Sailor Piece Bloodlines and Their Stats
There are currently 13 Bloodlines in Sailor Piece. The newer additions, Empyrean and Doombringer, were added alongside expanded Sea 2 content, and Cosmic sits at the very top as the rarest and most powerful roll.

Tip: Bloodlines that include Lifesteal (Astral, Demonic, Doombringer, Nightfall, Demonblood) are especially valuable in Sea 2 because enemies deal heavy damage. Lifesteal lets you sustain through prolonged fights without relying on healing items.
Sailor Piece Bloodlines Tier List
Use this tier list to decide when to keep a Bloodline and when to burn another stone and reroll.
| Tier | Bloodline | Why |
|---|---|---|
| S+ | Cosmic | +120% raw damage alone makes this the strongest Bloodline in the game |
| S+ | Empyrean | Top-tier damage, stacking DMG tick, massive HP, and DR combine into the best all-rounder |
| S | Demonic | Strong proc damage against NPCs, great lifesteal, and heavy HP pool |
| S | Doombringer | Skill-based damage buff proc pairs extremely well with cooldown-heavy builds |
| S | Astral | Balanced across damage, lifesteal, luck, and sword multi with a combat proc |
| A | Primordial | The drop chance bonus is one of the best farming perks in Sea 2 |
| A | Dawnbringer | Solid hybrid pick with damage reduction and sword scaling |
| B | Nightfall | Good sustain option if you need lifesteal without committing to S-tier farming |
| B | Demonblood | Decent melee-focused choice for players running a best Sailor Piece damage build |
| C | Vizard | Useful only if you are actively grinding Gems |
| C | Hunter | Same as Vizard; fine for economy farming, weak for combat |
| D | Stormborn | Reroll immediately once you have enough Bloodline Stones |
| D | Commoner | Early filler only; has no place in endgame Sea 2 content |
Reroll threshold: Keep anything A-tier or above. Dawnbringer is the minimum acceptable Bloodline for serious Sea 2 content. Reroll Stormborn and Commoner on sight.
How to Get Bloodline Stones in Sailor Piece
Bloodline Stones are the only way to obtain or reroll your Bloodline. There are four methods to get them.
Method 1: Farm Sea 2 NPCs (Slow)
Standard NPCs scattered across Sea 2 islands have a small random chance to drop a Bloodline Stone when you defeat them. This method works but the drop rate is low, so expect a long grind before you accumulate a meaningful stack. Before you start, make sure you are running a solid best Sailor Piece damage build, since Sea 2 enemies have built-in damage reduction that makes each kill slower if your stats are under-tuned.
Method 2: Defeat Sea Bosses (Fast)
Sea Bosses that spawn in the open ocean of Sea 2 drop a Bloodline Stone at a 100% guaranteed rate. This is the fastest farming method available by a wide margin. The tradeoff is that these bosses are very hard to solo and almost always require a coordinated group. Form a party, coordinate cooldowns, and cycle through bosses for the most efficient stone income.
Method 3: Farm Crystal Defense and Minotaur Raids (Consistent)
For the most consistent and scalable stone farming, run Crystal Defense floors or Minotaur raids. Each wave drops multiple Bloodline Stones, and every fifth wave guarantees a boss drop on top of that. Start by collecting enough Crystal Keys to enter, then chain runs to stack stones quickly. Raids also give you a shot at the Dual Wielder, which is one of the strongest items you can earn from Sea 2 endgame content.
Method 4: Buy with Robux
If you want to skip the grind entirely, you can purchase Bloodline Stones directly from the in-game Robux Shop at the following prices:
| Stones | Cost |
|---|---|
| 10 Bloodline Stones | 49 Robux |
| 50 Bloodline Stones | 229 Robux |
| 250 Bloodline Stones | 999 Robux |
| 1,000 Bloodline Stones | 3,499 Robux |
Which Bloodline Should You Use?
- For pure combat: Target Cosmic if you can get it. The 120% damage boost is unmatched. If Cosmic proves too rare for your current farming output, Empyrean is the next best option and covers damage, survivability, and luck in a single package.
- For sword builds: Astral is the ideal pick. The +10% Sword Damage Multi, solid lifesteal, and combat proc all synergize well with sword-focused setups. If you are specifically running a Luck Build in Sailor Piece, Empyrean or Primordial edge ahead because of the higher Luck multipliers.
- For survival: Any Bloodline with Lifesteal (Astral, Demonic, Doombringer, Nightfall, Demonblood) makes a meaningful difference in Sea 2 boss fights. Lifesteal keeps your HP topped off during long fights without burning through healing items.
- For farming: Hunter and Vizard are both decent if your goal is grinding Gems or money rather than combat. Primordial stands out here too because the +15% chance for an extra drop stacks nicely over hundreds of kills.
Reroll Commoner and Stormborn the moment you have spare Bloodline Stones. Neither of them holds value past the earliest stages of Sea 2. Play Now!
