Here are all the characters revealed in the Transcendence “Sudden Snow” trailer. A dash means no Vision was shown on screen yet and the element can still change before release.

Three elements are locked in: Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya carries Cryo, Vesna uses Anemo, and Vodyanitsa wields Hydro. Treat every other Vision slot as provisional until Hoyoverse confirms kits.

Anastasya Feodorovna Snezhnaya, the Tsaritsa

The Tsaritsa is the Cryo Archon and ruler of Snezhnaya. The trailer finally reveals her face after years of buildup, and her first scene reframes her entirely. She recalls a child who once called her mother, with the implication that the Heavenly Principles took that child from her. That moment gives her grievance a personal dimension, shifting her from a distant tyrant figure into a character with genuine motive and loss.

Vodyanitsa

Vodyanitsa opens the entire trailer, and Hoyoverse clearly wants players to pay attention to her. She is the Prima Soprano of the Korolevskiy Troupe, preparing for a singing performance on screen. Her dialogue pulls no punches: she calls the rules of Teyvat curses, which positions her directly against the order Celestia enforces across the world.

Her Vision confirms as Hydro, making her an interesting counterpoint to the Tsaritsa’s Cryo. The role of a singer-as-ideologue mirrors Robin from Honkai Star Rail, though Vodyanitsa operates with a sharper antagonism toward the existing power structure. Alyosha

Alyosha appears right after Vodyanitsa in the trailer, first speaking with her in a relaxed, friendly tone. That calm breaks fast. During Vodyanitsa’s performance, he aims a rifle at one of the participants in the crowd. When Valeriy steps in to stop him, Alyosha pulls out a whistle and summons a pack of wolves to attack instead.

The combination of ranged pressure and summoned companions points toward a playstyle that rewards positioning and pet management. His unpredictability inside what looks like a coordinated operation with Vodyanitsa and Odette suggests he handles the volatile end of their group’s tactics. Odette

Odette rounds out the trio with Alyosha and Vodyanitsa. She operates in the shadows during the performance sequence, staying invisible until Alyosha has the target’s attention. She then surfaces directly behind the person he was aiming at, filling the assassin role in their small cell.

The three of them clearly share a goal: break free from the rules that bind them, which lines up with Vodyanitsa’s framing of Celestia’s edicts as curses. Odette’s voice actors are Alexis Tipton (EN) and Sumire Uesaka (JP).

Valeriy

Valeriy enters the trailer as the counterforce to Alyosha’s disruption. He confronts Alyosha mid-incident and physically stops him from taking the shot. His size alone signals authority: he is roughly as large as Varka, one of the biggest characters in the game.

When he attacks, a bear silhouette rises out of him. Whether that bear is a summon mechanic or a visual representation of raw strength is still unclear, but either way it reinforces his role as Snezhnaya’s public face of order and enforcement. “The Rooster” Pulcinella

Pulcinella is the fifth-ranked Fatui Harbinger, and this is already his second appearance across the Snezhnaya trailers. That repeat presence signals a central role in the upcoming story arc rather than a cameo. In his scene, he raises Project Stuzha before a committee and pushes for its approval, marking the project as a key thread in the Snezhnaya storyline.

His position as a planner who operates through committees rather than direct combat makes him the political engine of whatever Snezhnaya has in motion. He appeared previously in the “A Winter Night’s Lazzo” Interlude Teaser, and fans have been flagging him as a likely playable character for some time.

“Regrator” Pantalone

Pantalone’s full name is Feofan Sergeyevich Veksel, and he ranks as the ninth Fatui Harbinger. He already appeared in Genshin Impact’s earlier content and manages the Northland Bank in Liyue, giving him reach well outside Snezhnaya’s borders. His philosophy centers on “Fair Exchange,” a belief that the gods have monopolized resources in a way that permanently disadvantages humans, and he resents that imbalance deeply.

He works alongside Pulcinella to advance Project Stuzha. Expect his scenes in the Snezhnaya arc to lean heavily on economic and philosophical arguments delivered with precision and a measured cold composure. He appeared in the “A Winter Night’s Lazzo” teaser as well.

Noy

Noy gets limited screen time in the trailer, but his one key line does serious work. He describes the current era as peaceful compared to “eons gone by,” implying he has existed across timescales far outside anything human. His pointed ears match the visual design of Nicole, a character tied to the fallen angel race in Genshin’s lore, which points to Noy belonging to the same ancient lineage.

Expect him to be a slow-burn reveal whose real story comes out across dialogue and story quests rather than dramatic trailer moments. His voice actors are Jonathan Bullock (EN) and Shihichiro Miki (JP).

Mitya

Mitya says very little in the trailer. He sits reading books in front of massive machinery with a giant dial, and the one piece of information he drops is a reference to “the Kresnik’s Torch.” That name alone carries significant lore weight and points toward ancient technology as his area of expertise.

Fans on YouTube and X have already noted his visual resemblance to Misha from Honkai Star Rail, who turned out to be the Watchmaker in the Penacony arc. Whether that is a design echo or a deliberate cross-narrative nod from Hoyoverse, Mitya’s setup as an engineer-type with ties to forgotten technology fits the Snezhnaya arc’s theme of challenging established power structures. Vesna

Vesna commands the Druzhna, Snezhnaya’s internal security force, and the trailer shows her directing a squad of soldiers to sweep an area. Her design carries two notable details: small butterfly wings on her back and the same pointed ears seen on both Noy and Nicole. The shared visual language between Vesna and Noy strongly suggests a connection between them, whether racial, factional, or both.

Her Vision reads as Anemo, which makes her the first confirmed Anemo character tied directly to the Snezhnayan security apparatus. Her voice actors are Ari Thrash (EN) and Aya Hirano (JP).

Danica

Danica serves aboard the Snezhnayan trains shown in earlier reveal content. Her presentation is formal and composed, the classic maid archetype, but the trailer makes clear that her capability in a fight exceeds what her appearance suggests. She neutralizes threats efficiently and without drama.

Characters who operate this way in Genshin’s storytelling tend to be more dangerous than the flashier ones. Danica’s voice actors are Natalie Van Sistine (EN) and Yumi Hara (JP).

Snezhnaya Characters Already Playable

Two Snezhnayan natives are already in players’ hands, and one more arrives soon. Their kits are settled and do not carry the uncertainty attached to the trailer newcomers.

Arlecchino and Childe are the two Harbingers players can already build and field. Sandrone, the seventh Harbinger also known as the Marionette and the creator of all the Katherynes across Teyvat, is the next confirmed Snezhnayan addition to the playable roster.

Upcoming Snezhnaya Characters Not Yet Playable in Genshin Impact

Several Harbingers remain unplayable but carry strong signals of eventual playability based on story prominence and fan demand.
