ISP proxies are the odd ones in the proxy family. The address is registered to a consumer internet provider, so websites see an ordinary household. The machine behind it sits in a datacenter, so it’s fast and it never goes offline. And the IP stays the same for as long as you rent it.

That mix is what people need for anything with a login: store accounts, ad accounts, social profiles, long scraping sessions that die when the address changes. It’s also the proxy type with the messiest pricing. One provider sells a single IP for a month, another wants you to take twenty, a third quotes a price per gigabyte.
We went through the pricing pages of seven providers in October 2026 and wrote down what one static ISP address actually costs and what you have to do to get it.

1. ProxyWing
ProxyWing isn’t the cheapest name in the table, and it is still the one we’d start with. The reason is how little stands between you and a working address.
You can buy a single IP. There is no identity check, no sales call and no monthly plan to sign up for. The proxy is issued right after payment. For someone who needs three clean addresses for three accounts tonight, that matters more than saving a dollar.
What you get for the money is a dedicated IPv4 with one user per address. Nobody else shares it, so nobody else can burn its reputation. Traffic is unlimited, the network is rated at 1 Gb/s and above, and the stated uptime is 99.9%. ProxyWing has ISP proxies for sale in 10 countries, each registered under the network of a real consumer provider. The proxies speak HTTP and SOCKS5 with UDP, and you can log in with a password or whitelist your own IP.
The price starts at $3.00 for one IP a month and goes down to $1.71 as you add more. Paying for 3, 6 or 12 months takes off another 5, 7 or 10 percent. If an address has a technical fault, support replaces it, and they answer around the clock in chat, Telegram and Discord. Payment works by card, UPI or crypto.
What’s missing: a free trial and refunds. Ten countries is also a shorter list than Oxylabs has. If your country is on it, this is the least hassle for a small order.

2. Oxylabs
Oxylabs lists ISP proxies at $1.50 per IP for small quantities and $1.20 at volume, in 25 locations, with unlimited bandwidth under a fair usage policy. The catch is the way in: you buy a monthly plan, the smallest of which is $30, and some targets open only after a short KYC procedure. For a company that wants an established vendor it’s a strong choice. For five IPs it’s a lot of ceremony.
3. Decodo
Decodo, the former Smartproxy, sells dedicated ISP addresses in packs. Three IPs cost $9.99 a month, which is $3.33 each, and ten bring the price to $2.90. There are cheaper shared options from $0.27 per IP and a pay per gigabyte plan. The dashboard is the friendliest in this group and a free trial is advertised.
4. IPRoyal
IPRoyal calls them static residential proxies. One costs $2.70 for 30 days, $2.55 on a 60-day term and $2.40 on 90 days. There is also a 24-hour option at $1.80, handy when you need an address for a single job. Traffic is unlimited and you can order one proxy at a time.
5. Webshare
Webshare has the lowest sticker price: $0.30 per proxy, falling to $0.23 on big orders. The smallest package is 20 proxies for $6 a month, so it’s built for people who need a batch. Bandwidth depends on the plan you pick. Good value when you want quantity and can live with self-service support.
6. Rayobyte
Rayobyte lists static ISP proxies from $0.95 per IP a month with unlimited bandwidth, HTTP and SOCKS support and authentication by IP or password. The price falls as you add addresses. The company has been selling proxies for a long time and its coverage is strongest in the United States.
7. Proxy-Seller
Proxy-Seller starts at $0.98 per IP and lets you begin with a single address, with instant activation and unlimited traffic. Prices depend on the country and on the rental term you choose at checkout. It’s a practical option when you need an unusual location.
How to choose
Start with the number of addresses. For one to five IPs, look at providers that sell single addresses without a plan: ProxyWing, IPRoyal and Proxy-Seller. For twenty or more, Webshare’s packages and Oxylabs’ volume tiers become interesting.
Then check whether the IP is dedicated. A shared ISP address is cheaper, and you inherit whatever the other tenants do with it. For account work, pay for a dedicated one.
Look at the countries before the price. A cheap proxy in the wrong country is useless, and ISP proxies exist in far fewer places than residential ones.
Finally, think about how long you need it. Most discounts come from longer terms, so if the project runs for half a year, the monthly sticker price is not the number to compare.
FAQs
What is an ISP proxy?
A static IP address registered to a consumer internet provider and hosted on a server. Websites treat it as a home connection, and it keeps the speed and uptime of a datacenter.
Are ISP proxies better than residential proxies?
For long sessions and accounts, yes, because the address never changes. For scraping many unrelated pages, rotating residential proxies are the better tool.
Why do prices differ so much?
Some providers quote shared addresses, some require a minimum quantity or a plan, and some charge more for certain countries. Compare the price of the exact order you would place.
Can I buy just one ISP proxy?
Yes, at ProxyWing, IPRoyal and Proxy-Seller. Others sell packs or plans.
