Kirby and the Forgotten Land – All Worlds, Stages, and Missions

Kirby and the Forgotten Land brings the pink puffball into a fully 3D adventure, where each stage not only challenges your platforming skills but also hides special missions that reward you with Waddle Dees. Collecting these is key to unlocking new areas, boss fights, and upgrades in Waddle Dee Town.

How Missions Work

• Each stage usually has five missions:
  • Clear the stage
  • Save hidden Waddle Dees (3–5 per stage)
  • Three hidden tasks unique to that stage
• Boss stages replace the hidden Waddle Dee mission with an additional challenge.
• Completing missions saves Waddle Dees, who populate Waddle Dee Town and unlock shops, minigames, and upgrades.

World 1: Natural Plains

1. Point of Arrival – Tutorial stage introducing controls and Copy Abilities.
2. Downtown Grassland
   • Save hidden Waddle Dees (3)
   • Make 5 tulips bloom
   • Break the building’s shutter
   • Ride the spewing water up to the balcony
3. Through the Tunnel
   • Save hidden Waddle Dees (4)
   • Find the secret room
   • Light 4 Lantern Switches
   • Remove the wanted poster
4. Rocky Rollin’ Road
   • Save hidden Waddle Dees (4)
   • Find the side road while going uphill
   • Eat snacks off 3 tree stumps
   • Drive without falling off the edge
5. A Trip to Alivel Mall
   • Save hidden Waddle Dees (4)
   • Eat 4 Doughnuts
   • Eat an Invincible Candy
   • Navigate the mall without getting lost
6. The Brawl at the Mall (Boss: Gorimondo) – Unlocks after rescuing 17 Waddle Dees.
   • Slip through Gorimondo’s legs
   • Defeat Gorimondo with the Sword ability
   • Clear within 2:00
   • Clear without taking damage

World 2: Everbay Coast

1. Abandoned Beach – Crack open 3 Knock-Knock Nuts, destroy the sand sculpture, complete rooftop sign.
2. Concrete Isles – Greet 3 sea birds, make landfall on treasure isle, dig up a Maxim Tomato.
3. Scale the Cement Summit – Remove 3 wanted posters, avoid spikes in secret room, freeze Fleurina with Ice ability.
4. Fast-Flowing Waterworks – Eat 3 tins of fish, win battle without falling into water, find golden fish.
5. The Tropical Terror (Boss: Tropic Woods) – Unlocks after 19 Waddle Dees.
   • Destroy Tropic Woods’s roots
   • Clear without using a Copy Ability
   • Clear within 2:00
   • Clear without taking damage

World 3: Wondaria Remains

1. Welcome to Wondaria – Help the lost ducklings, enjoy the rocket view, make all wilted flowers bloom.
2. Circuit Speedway – Reach first race goal in 20s, defeat Wild Edge with Invincible Candy, boost through shortcuts.
3. Invasion at the House of Horrors – Avoid Ghost Gordos, eat hidden snacks, destroy 13 aliens with Vending Mouth.
4. The Wondaria Dream Parade – Save ducklings, remove Elfilin’s wanted poster, clear without stepping in mud.
5. Danger Under the Big Top (Boss: Clawroline) – Unlocks after 21 Waddle Dees.

World 4: Winter Horns

1. Northeast Frost Street – Destroy 4 animal snow sculptures, find the side alley, reach the clock tower.
2. Metro on Ice – Stand on 2 trains, find 2 secret passages, check the shipping container.
3. Windy, Freezing Seas – Find safe cave, eat 3 meals at sea, enter secret underground room.
4. The Battle of Blizzard Bridge – Remove 4 wanted posters, beat Twin Frosty without being hit, detour for Maxim Tomato.
5. An Unexpected Beast King (Boss: King Dedede) – Unlocks after 23 Waddle Dees.

World 5: Originull Wasteland

1. The Wastes Where Life Began – Shoot 3 flying targets, defeat lost Squishy, beat Fleurina with Ring Mouth.
2. Searching the Oasis – Take a nap by the secret pool, defeat 2 Poison Croakoms, dig in secret room. This stage also contains the Buzz-Saw Cutter Blueprint.
3. Alivel Mall (Staff Side) – Taste 3 kinds of ice cream, defeat Wild Bonkers with Cutter, fit through all holes using Mouthful Modes.
4. Moonlight Canyon – Remove 3 wanted posters, clear secret room without falling, find treasure by cactus triplets.
5. Collector in the Sleepless Valley (Boss: Sillydillo) – Unlocks after 25 Waddle Dees.
   • Hit 3 of Sillydillo’s fake Kirbys
   • Defeat Sillydillo with Hammer
   • Clear within 2:00
   • Clear without taking damage

World 6: Redgar Forbidden Lands

1. Enter the Fiery Forbidden Lands – Defeat 2 lookout Awoofies, find secret passage, destroy 7 lava balls with water.
2. Conquer the Inferno Road – Steal beast meals, spin all Windmill Switches, use Crash to defeat Wild Frosty.
3. Burning, Churning Power Plant – Infiltrate control room, perk up with 3 cups of coffee, and don’t get squished.
4. Gathering of the Beast Council – Venture deep into secret passage, defeat Sillydillo in 1:30, beat Clawroline without being hit.
5. The Beast Pack’s Final Stand – Defeat all beasts in the opening area, remove 5 wanted posters, avoid lava while using Cone Mouth.
6. In the Presence of the King (Boss: Forgo Dedede) – Unlocks after 32 Waddle Dees.
   • Avoid Forgo Dedede’s fire attack
   • Clear using a second-level evolved ability
   • Clear within 2:00
   • Clear without taking damage

After this fight, the game transitions immediately into the next stage with no pause and no missions, so players shouldn’t worry about missing objectives.

World 7: Lab Discovera

• The final climactic area.
• No missions are present; by this point, all Waddle Dees can already be saved.

Post-Game: Isolated Isles (Forgo Dreams)

Accessible after the credits, these extended stages challenge you with tougher platforming and boss gauntlets but contain no missions or Waddle Dees:

• Frost Street Snow Park (10 Starries) – Clear stage, save hidden Starries, eat 3 ice-town sweets, dodge Corori’s snowball, Sign Mouth flower destruction.
• Freezing Wind and Some Snowmen (10 Starries) – Clear stage, save hidden Starries, shoot far-off target, find hidden cave, build snowmen perfectly.
• Wastes That Count Time (10 Starries) – Clear stage, save hidden Starries, light lanterns, complete timed ship-top run on first try, defeat enemies with Sign Mouth.
• Moonlight Canyon Labyrinth (10 Starries) – Clear stage, save hidden Starries, grab Maxim Tomato, destroy hidden animal sculptures, defeat Crystal Twin Fleurina with Crash.
• Crumbling Fiery Forbidden Lands (11 Starries) – Clear stage, save hidden Starries, break crystals for coins, spin hidden windmill, finish car run without falling.
• Crystal Beast Pack Volcano Battle (11 Starries) – Clear stage, save hidden Starries, beat Galactal without damage, find sinking wall treasure, reach top safely.
• Fallen-Star Volcano (Finale) – No missions; serves as the closing challenge of the DLC.
